Keywords may contain letters, numbers, spaces, periods, underscores,
and some other characters. They must not contain commas (,),
quotes ("), less than (<) or greater than (>)
signs, or other special characters.
There are two types of keywords: visible and hidden.
Visible keywords are used for categorizing images, and may also be used to assign
descriptive icons to images. Hidden keywords are used only for
assigning descriptive icons to images. Hidden keywords always begin with an underscore
( _ ) character.
The "makelink.bat" script uses the visible keywords to determine which links will appear in the generated "symlinks.txt" file and the corresponding index.
If a searchable index is generated, the visible keywords will appear to the user in a keyword list box that can be used to select which entries are displayed in the index.
Keywords may be added to or removed from multiple files at the same time by using the DropHTM or KwdList utilities.
For advanced users, the HTML keyword list can be edited directly, using a text editor.
